Calling all customer service professionals with a passion for cars! Are you a smooth talker on the phones but also obsessed with what’s under the hood of vehicles? Do you know the difference between a minor and a major logbook service, and thrive on matching customers with the perfect automotive solutions?
About the role:
Full-time position - No weekend work!
Hours between 8 am - 4.30 pm in a call center environment.
Go the extra mile for our customers, providing service that exceeds expectations and makes every interaction a first-class experience.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey, accelerating member satisfaction and finding ways to supercharge their account growth.
Drive revenue forward by equipping our Automotive members with the knowledge and support they need to accelerate their success.
Resolve disputes, process refunds, and keep everything on track, ensuring a smooth ride.
Expertly handle inbound and outbound communications, optimise talk time, and navigate booking responses.
Steer the moderation of supplier reviews and drive resolutions for any negative feedback.
Rev up sales by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling AutoGuru products.
About you:
Put the pedal to the metal with initiative, sales, and customer service skills, and be ready to shift gears when handling objections and resolving complaints.
Driven and self-motivated, with top-notch interpersonal skills to keep things moving and our customer calls cruising.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an eagle eye for detail and efficiency, with the ability to pivot within a call centre environment.
Confident under the hood of any software, you know how to troubleshoot, navigate systems, and keep digital tools running smoothly & you are familiar with Microsoft or Google Suite programs.
Has automotive industry experience or is a car enthusiast who just knows how cars work!
Maintain a positive attitude even when the pressure is on, comfortably navigating tight deadlines, and understand the value of teamwork.
Exhibit exemplary time management skills, punctuality, and a commitment to full-time hours.
